Others who did not sign up will be called upon after all who have signed in have been given the opportunity to speak. Public comments may also be submitted electronically or in writing at CountyCouncilDIST@co.delaware.in.us. It is the expectation that all public comments will be cogent, concise, respectful and be limited to three (3) minutes.
