Mr. Gray asked about the status of the residential lot for sale at 1313 Far Hills Avenue.

Mr. Jacques shared that the City is open to offers but has not received any. The property is zoned for single-family residential use.

Mayor Duncan noted that several committee members have terms expiring at the end of December. Council will be contacting them about renewing their membership on the committee.

There being no other business, at 6:11 p.m. Mayor Duncan thanked the committee members for their service, congratulated Mrs. Stafford on her retirement and adjourned the meeting.
