Deputy Attorney Charles explained that Duchesne County Ordinance Title 9, Chapter 6, Section 3 incorrectly refers to Duchesne County as a “municipal corporation.” Duchesne County is a political and legal subdivision of the State of Utah.

Commissioner Chugg seconded the motion. Commissioner Killian voted aye, Commissioner Chugg voted aye, and Commissioner Miles voted aye. The motion passed.
