CORPORATE WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: That Daniel P. Wright Farms, Inc. of Delaware County, in the State of Indiana, CONVEYS and WARRANTS to Board of Commissioners of Delaware County of DELAWARE County, in the State of Indiana for and in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the following described REAL ESTATE, in the State of Indiana, County of Delaware, to-wit:
