  • Council discussed the upcoming New Resident Breakfast. Mrs. Smiddy confirmed a table would be available to hold literature from the Oakwood Historical Society.
  • Mrs. Smiddy updated Council on the status of the RFP for pool management services.
  • Mayor Duncan, Mrs. Smiddy, and Mr. Jacques updated Council on a recent meeting with representatives for Kettering Health Network (KHN) and a developer about the future of the building at 2600 Far Hills Avenue. KHN continues to consider its options and has not determined a firm proposed use for the site.

At 7:15 p.m., Mayor Duncan concluded the work session, and Council moved to regular session.
