The Council of the City of Oakwood, State of Ohio, met in an executive session for personnel matters in the administrative conference room at the City Building, 30 Park Avenue, Oakwood, OH 45419.
Mayor Duncan called the executive session to order at 5:00 p.m.
Council members in attendance were Mayor William Duncan, Vice Mayor Steve Byington, Rob Stephens, Leigh Turben, and Healy Jackson.
The following staff members were present: City Manager Katie Smiddy, Law Director Rob Jacques, Public Works Director Doug Spitler, Human Resources Manager Sangita Anand, and Finance Director Maralee Leonard.
Also attending was Jonathan Ingram of Raftelis.
Mayor Duncan adjourned the executive session at 6:48 p.m.
