payments directly or indirectly to an existing employee of GAI or GAI's Project Client, its subsidiaries or affiliates, at any time prior to, during, or following the term of this AGREEMENT, and permit, upon reasonable request, Project Client's review of the level of its compliance with this clause.
13.
STANDARD OF CONDUCT –GAI will at all times perform its Services consistent with professional SOC as stated in Article 8, above to: A) High ethical standards of honesty, integrity and fair dealing; B) Avoid making any representations or statements concerning the Project Client that are derogatory, false, or misleading or defamatory of Project Client and, further, C) Will do nothing to materially damage or disparage the reputation of the Project Client.

CORRUPTION –GAI represents and warrants: It has and will continue to comply with all applicable anti-corruption laws; It has not and will not, directly or indirectly, offer, promise, pay, authorize or give, money or anything of value to corruptly (1) influence any official act or decision, in any way relating to GAI's Services; (2) secure any improper advantage in connection with GAI's Services or (3) obtain or retain business, or to direct business to any person or entity, in connection with GAI's Services; That no political contributions or charitable donations or other payments of anything of value have been or will be given, offered, promised or paid by GAI that was not, consistent with the SOC in Article 8, above, in strict compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations pertaining to such;

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS –Consistent with the SOC in Article 8, above, GAI shall endeavor to perform its Services in compliance with all stated Project Client environmental contract requirements and laws, rules and regulations to the extent applicable to its Services, notwithstanding any amendments or modifications which may become effective during the term of this Agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, GAI AND CLIENT have executed this AGREEMENT as of the date first above written.
