DELAWARE-MUNCIE METROPOLITAN PLAN COMMISSION

WHEREAS, the Delaware-Muncie Metropolitan Plan Commission (DMMPC) is the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO), as designated by the Governor of the State of Indiana, for the Muncie Urbanized Area; and

WHEREAS, the Transportation Policy Committee (TPC) is the policy committee of the Metropolitan Planning Organization involved in the transportation planning process for the Muncie Urbanized Area; and

WHEREAS, the proposed modification of the FY 2026-2030 DMTIP to the City of Muncie project DES #2003045, Tillotson Avenue from W Kilgore Avenue to SR 332, Preventative Maintenance, HMA Overlay, to move CN/CE funds from FY 2026 to FY 2027 in the amounts of $1,840,000 STP 3 CN funds, $1,900,000 STBG CN funds, $1,991,263 Local CN funds, $14,000 Local CN Utilities funds, $276,000 STP 3 CE funds, and $69,000 Local CE funds was requested by the City of Muncie; and

WHEREAS, the above modification was approved and processed administratively by the DMMPC on March 24, 2026.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the DMMPC as follows:

Section 1. That the FY 2026-2030 DMTIP be modified to the City of Muncie project DES #2003045 to move CN/CE funds from FY 2026 to FY 2027 in the amounts of $1,840,000 STP 3 CN funds, $1,900,000 STBG CN funds, $1,991,263 Local CN funds, $14,000 Local CN Utilities funds, $276,000 STP 3 CE funds, and $69,000 Local CE funds as shown on the attached Exhibit A.
