1. The County Highway Department of Delaware County, Indiana, is hereby authorized to erect appropriate signage pursuant to the Indiana Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices.
  2. The penalty for violation of this ordinance shall be as herein setforth in Article XVI, Section 16-1.
  3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication.
THIS ORDINANCE IS ADOPTED ON THIS 5 DAY OF MAY, 2025.
