PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Public notice is hereby given that the Duchesne County Planning Commission will meet at 5:00 PM on September 2, 2026, at the Duchesne County Administration Building Commission Chambers, located at 734 N. Center Street, Duchesne, Utah, to review for approval the preliminary plat for the Defa’s Dude Ranch Subdivision, proposed at Section 26, Township 2 North Range 9 West, USB & M, on the North Fork Road, north of Hanna.
