Delaware-Muncie Metropolitan Plan Commission

WHEREAS, the Delaware-Muncie Metropolitan Plan Commission (DMMPC) is the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO), as designated by the Governor of the State of Indiana, for the Muncie Urbanized Area; and

WHEREAS, the Transportation Policy Committee (TPC) is the policy committee of the Metropolitan Planning Organization involved in the transportation planning process for the Muncie Urbanized Area; and

WHEREAS, the proposed modification to the FY 2026-2030 DMTIP to move PE from FY26 to FY27 for INDOT project DES# 2500791, I-69 & SR 332 7.648 miles (Access Control), in the amounts of $105,000 Federal STBG funds and $26,000 State matching funds was requested by INDOT; and

WHEREAS, the proposed modification to the FY 2026-2030 DMTIP to move RW from FY26 to FY27 for INDOT project DES# 2500791, in the amounts of $3,069,000 Federal STBG funds and $768,000 State matching funds was requested by INDOT; and

WHEREAS, the proposed modification above was approved and processed by the Muncie-Delaware Metropolitan Plan Commission (DMMPC) Muncie MPO on February 17, 2026.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Delaware Muncie Plan Commission (DMMPC) as follows:

Section 1. That the FY 2026-2030 DMTIP be modified to move PE from FY26 to FY27 for INDOT project DES# 2500791, I-69 & SR 332 7.648 miles (Access Control), in the amounts of $105,000 Federal STBG funds and $26,000 State matching funds as shown on the attached Exhibit A.

Section 2. That the FY 2026-2030 DMTIP be modified to move RW from FY26 to FY27 for INDOT project DES# 2500791, in the amounts of $3,069,000 Federal STBG funds and $768,000 State matching funds as shown on the attached Exhibit A.
