The Council of the city of Oakwood, State of Ohio, met in an executive session for conference with attorney in the conference room of the city of Oakwood, 30 Park Avenue, Oakwood, OH 45419.

Mayor William Duncan, Mr. Robert Stephens and Mr. Christopher Epley were present. Mrs. Hilton and Vice Mayor Byington were excused absent because they are recused from the matter being discussed.

The following members of staff were present: City Manager Norbert Klopsch and Law Director Rob Jacques. Also, the city’s outside litigation counsel Ned Dowd attended.

At 11:30 a.m., Mayor Duncan asked for a motion to go to executive session. Motion by Mr. Stephens; second by Mr. Epley. Upon viva voce vote, motion passed and Council entered executive session.

Mayor Duncan adjourned the executive session at 12:15 p.m.
