ORDINANCE 2025-26

WHEREAS the Delaware County Council (the “Council”) is the county fiscal body for the County of Delaware, Indiana;

WHEREAS, pursuant to Indiana Code 36-2-5-3, the fiscal body shall fix the compensation of officers, deputies, and other employees paid by the County; and

WHEREAS, the Delaware County Auditor has presented to the Council or approval the annual compensation for said officers, deputies, and other employees.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Delaware County Council as follows:

1. 1. Beginning with the pay of January 14^th, 2026, the following elected officials, officers, and employees of Delaware County, Indiana, shall receive the following approximate compensation, based on bi-weekly rate, and subject to the provisions of the Delaware County Salary Ordinance, as set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated by reference.
2. 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon passage by the Council.
