ECIRPD Update
Jacob Thomas and Anna King-Cross provided updates on regional development initiatives, grant funding opportunities, and infrastructure planning. Emphasis was placed on safety planning, economic development partnerships, and ongoing grant applications.
Cumulative Capital Development (CCD) Fund
Scott Finley presented the commissioners with the CCD Fund. Commissioners reviewed the need for a long-term funding mechanism for capital improvements due to the eventual loss of ARP and EDIT funding. Financial impacts, statutory requirements, and timelines were discussed in detail.

ALS Awareness Month Proclamation
Commissioner Brand reviewed the importance of raising awareness for ALS and supporting affected individuals and families within the community.

North Ohio Street Parcels
The Center Township Trustee’s Office outlined plans to acquire parcels for storage supporting township services and a homeless shelter. Commissioners discussed the proper legal process for transferring property.

Perpetual Highway Easement – Robert Erk
Engineer Dean Thomas stated this easement provides the county permanent access for bridge maintenance and drainage infrastructure.

Perpetual & Temporary Easement – Patsy VanNatter
Engineer Dean Thomas and commissioners reviewed easement terms and noted a minor document difference requiring clarification before final processing.
