    • Montgomery County 9-1-1 Plan: Mr. Klopsch commented on the April 19 meeting of the 9-1-1 Program Review Committee and action taken at that meeting. The committee approved a new plan for distributing 9-1-1 fees to dispatch centers in Montgomery County.
  • MISCELLANEOUS
    • Miami Conservancy District Assessments (MCD): Mr. Klopsch noted that the MCD took action over the last few days to suspend work on raising assessments relating to the operation and maintenance of the flood water protection system.

At 6:40 p.m., Council moved to an executive session for conference with attorney and personnel matters.

At 7 p.m., Mr. Jacques departed the meeting.

At 7:27 p.m., Mayor Duncan concluded the executive session and Council moved to regular session.
