Review of February Statistics/Budget. The board reviewed the statistics and budget. The new Blackstone Unlimited is seeing an increase in use for the third month in a row.

Questions. Commissioner Jeff Chugg reported that the Roosevelt chapter of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers (DUP) has requested installation of a historic bell monument on the Roosevelt Branch property. Monuments on county property are approved by the Commission. Plans are moving forward, with installation costs covered by the DUP.
