After review, the Landlord, Delaware County Board of Commissioners, finds these proposed modifications to be reasonable, appropriate, and consistent with the Lease Agreement and the continued operation of the Addiction Recovery Center. Accordingly, the Board hereby approves the requested facility modifications as outlined above.

All work shall be completed at the expense of Tenant, Muncie OpCo, LLC and in compliance with applicable building codes, safety requirements, and lease provisions. This approval does not modify any other terms or obligations under the existing Lease Agreement.
