Mrs. Smiddy updated Council on a few tree concerns and discussed tree clearance rules and policies.

The executive session on the agenda for Conference with Attorney was postponed until the May 18 work session.

At 7:26 p.m., Mayor Duncan concluded the work session, and Council moved to regular session.
