A. General

Pursuant to Resolution No. R2026-074, the Board of Trustees of Washington Township, Montgomery County, Ohio (“Board”) declared and deemed the office of Fiscal Officer for Washington Township, Montgomery County, Ohio to be vacant as of August 17, 2026; and, pursuant to R.C. § 503.24, the Board desires to make an appointment to fill the vacancy in such office for the current unexpired term of office.

Motion Requested:

…that the Board approve resolution R2026-081 pursuant to R.C. § 503.24, hereby appoints to the office of Fiscal Officer (Office) for Washington Township, Montgomery County, Ohio. Such appointment is for the current unexpired term of office expiring March 31, 2028.
