Oakwood Inclusion Coalition, Mr. Klopsch
- 2022 Annual Report at April 3 Council Meeting: Mr. Klopsch shared that the Oakwood Inclusion Coalition (OIC) is planning to publicly present its 2022 annual report to Oakwood City Council at the April 3 council meeting. Judy Cook, former Mayor and current OIC Vice Chair, will deliver the presentation.

MISCELLANEOUS
- 2023 Committee Needs: Council discussed the final committee appointments planned for the April 3 meeting.
- 2022 Annual Report: Mr. Klopsch confirmed that the annual report is currently being delivered to all Oakwood residential and business addresses.
- PSO Joe Dues Swear-in – April 3 Council Meeting: Mr. Klopsch noted that the Oath of Office will be administered to new Public Safety Officer Joe Dues at the April 3 meeting. Chief Hill will introduce him.
- Email Issues: Mr. Jacques provided an overview of problems being encountered with email delivery, particularly relating to automatic email forwarding. A detailed discussion on this topic is planned for the April 17 work session.
- April 3 Council Legislation: Mr. Klopsch reviewed the legislation scheduled for the April 3 council meeting.
- June Work Session… 26th rather than 19th: Mr. Klopsch noted that the June 19 work session is currently scheduled on the Juneteenth holiday. He suggested rescheduling the work session to June 26. Council concurred.
At 6:15 p.m., Council moved to an executive session for property matters and personnel matters.
At 6:45 p.m., Mayor Duncan concluded the executive session and adjourned the meeting.
