DRAINAGE BOARD MEETING JANUARY 14, 2026:

President, William Whitehead, called the meeting to order. Members present at the meeting were the following:

William Whitehead, President

Joseph Hamilton, Vice President

John Christy, Member

Wayne Bothel, Member

Danyel Struble, Attorney

John Brooke, Attorney

Tom Borchers, Surveyor

Jennifer Licht, Recording Secretary

All board members appointed on January 5, 2026 for 1 year.

President, William Whitehead, opened the meeting by welcoming the audience and inviting them to participate in the pledge of allegiance.

NOMINATION AND SELECTION OF DRAINAGE BOARD
PRESIDENT AND VICE PRESIDENT

Mr. Whitehead entertained a motion for nomination and selection of the drainage board officers.

Mr. Hamilton nominated Mr. Whitehead for President. Motion seconded by Mr. Bothel. Motion passed 4-0.

Mr. Christy nominated Mr. Hamilton for Vice President. Motion seconded by Mr. Bothel. Motion passed 4-0.

APPOINTMENT OF DRAINAGE BOARD ATTORNEY

Mr. Christy moved for approval to retain Brooke and Struble. Motion seconded by Mr. Hamilton. Motion passed 4-0.

APPROVAL OF 2026 DRAINAGE BOARD MEETING SCHEDULE

Mr. Hamilton moved for approval. Motion seconded by Mr. Christy. Motion passed 4-0.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

Mr. Whitehead entertained a motion for the approval of the December 10, 2026 Drainage Board Meeting Minutes. Mr. Hamilton moved for approval. Motion seconded by Mr. Bothel. Motion passed 4-0.
