19-25 Wonderly Avenue: Mr. Klopsch commented on the condition of the city-owned 4-unit apartment at 19-25 Wonderly Avenue and suggested that the city consider demolishing the structure now in preparation for future construction of a parking lot.

At 7:10 p.m., Council moved to an executive session for property matters and personnel matters. Mr. Jacques departed the meeting at this time.

At 7:24 p.m., Mayor Duncan concluded the executive session and Council moved to regular session.
