Call to Order
President Riggin called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. and welcomed those in attendance. The meeting proceeded in accordance with the published agenda.
Pledge of Allegiance
Those present stood and recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
Roll Call
Present were President Sherry Riggin, Vice President Stephen Brand, and Commissioner Shannon Henry. Attorney John Brooke and Auditor Ed Carroll were also present for the meeting. A quorum was declared.
Announcements
Commissioners discussed a recent cybersecurity incident involving a county employee email account. Staff were advised not to open suspicious messages related to the Employee Assistance Program while IT continues mitigation efforts.
Appointments
Board of Health
Commissioners noted that candidates are still under review and no final selections have been made.

Civic Center Authority
Commissioners stated no applicants have come forward and emphasized the need for a qualified candidate, preferably with legal experience.
No action taken.
Disability Council
Commissioners confirmed there are currently no open positions but acknowledged recent interest and participation in the group.

American Tower Lease Amendment
Ongoing review continues as additional information is gathered from involved parties.
