  • Citizen Committee Appointments: Council discussed the final appointments to be made at the regular session this evening.
  • April 17 Work Session Agenda: Mr. Klopsch commented on the agenda items for the April 17 work session and noted that it will include an executive session for property and personnel matters.

At 7:00 p.m., Mayor Duncan asked for a motion to go into executive session for property matters. Motion by Vice Mayor Byington; second by Mr. Stephens. Upon a viva voce vote, motion approved.

At 7:20 p.m., Mayor Duncan concluded the executive session and Council moved to regular session.
