Mrs. Jackson shared that the Oakwood Historical Society is hosting the annual Holiday Home Tour. She thanked all of the homeowners.

Mayor Duncan shared that former city manager Norbert Klopsch received the Wick Wright Award from the National Aviation Heritage Area (NAHA) at the Air Force Museum. Vice Mayor Byington also received an award for his historic preservation work at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. He thanked the public works staff for all their efforts with leaf pickup.
