4.3.1.3 Determine anticipated water needs for each development area by anticipated use provided by CLIENT.

4.3.2 Drinking Water Distribution

4.3.2.1 Develop base maps with proposed sizes based on a per acre projection of wastewater flows for identified development areas.

4.3.2.2 Provide preliminary sizing of each proposed drinking water line.

Fire Flows will be assumed

4.3.2.3 Provide up to three (3) locations for an elevated storage tank and provide anticipated sizing.

4.3.2.4 Identify where booster stations would be needed, if required.

4.3.2.5 Identify where chlorine boosters could be needed, if required.

4.3.2.6 Provide phasing recommendations.

Anticipated Deliverables

Final report, including the following:
- Existing Conditions
- Proposed Development Areas (up to 3)
  - Base maps that include proposed improvements
  - Alternatives analysis
- Opinion of probable costs

5.0 SERVICES NOT BEING PROVIDED BY CONSULTANT

Any services not specifically included above are not included in CONSULTANT's Scope of Basic Services being provided under this Agreement. The services not being provided by CONSULTANT under this Agreement include, but are not limited to, the following:

5.1 Preliminary or final design

5.2 Storm sewer or detention pond sizing

5.3 Floodplain Analysis
