The CONSULTANT shall receive compensation for such professional services under Appendix “A” of this AGREEMENT on a lump sum basis in the amount of One Hundred Twenty-One Thousand Dollars ($121,000.00) unless a modification to this AGREEMENT is made in writing by both parties.

The CONSULTANT shall submit invoices to the client on a monthly basis for services rendered. In no event shall the total of the CONSULTANT’s invoices exceed the amount provided in this Appendix “D” without prior approval as provided elsewhere in this Agreement.

The CLIENT shall pay the CONSULTANT for said invoices within thirty (30) calendar days for the CONSULTANT’s services. ALL PAYMENTS SHALL BE MAILED TO LOCHMUELLER GROUP, INC. AT 6200 VOGEL ROAD, EVANSVILLE, INDIANA 47715.
