• Streets & Alleys, Mr. Stephens
    • Far Hills Resurfacing: Mr. Klopsch mentioned the upcoming removal and replacement of the entire asphalt roadway surface on Far Hills Avenue. Barrett Paving will likely begin work on resurfacing Far Hills in early July and the project will take about three weeks to complete.
  • BOARDS & COMMISSIONS
    • Historical Society, Mrs. Jackson
      • E. Schantz Pillars & Long-Romspert: Mr. Klopsch shared that city staff is beginning the process of refurbishing the historic entry gate pillars at E. Schantz and Oakwood Avenue. He shared the history of the pillars provided by Debra Edwards with The Oakwood Historical Society.
      • Long-Romspert Property: Mr. Jacques commented on an application to be heard at the July 3 Planning Commission meeting to expand operating hours and permitted uses of the Long-Romspert property.
  • MISCELLANEOUS
    • Property Maintenance Board (PMB): Mr. Klopsch noted that Dan Gentry agreed to serve on the PMB representing Precinct G. He will fill the vacancy created with the resignation of Amy Honaker.

At 6:28 p.m., Council moved to an executive session for property matters.

At 6:42 p.m., Council moved to an executive session for personnel matters. Mr. Jacques departed the meeting at this time.

At 7:13 p.m., Mayor Duncan concluded the executive session and adjourned the meeting.
