Delaware-Muncie Metropolitan Plan Commission

WHEREAS, the Delaware-Muncie Metropolitan Plan Commission (DMMPC) is the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO), as designated by the Governor of the State of Indiana, for the Muncie Urbanized Area; and

WHEREAS, the Transportation Policy Committee (TPC) is the policy committee of the Metropolitan Planning Organization involved in the transportation planning process for the Muncie Urbanized Area; and

WHEREAS, the proposed modification to the FY 2026-2030 DMTIP to increase FY27 CN for INDOT project DES# 2200791, I-69 NB Bridge over North and South RR (CR 251) 0.66 miles North of SR332 (Bridge Deck Replacement), to increase FY27 CN from $1,615,000 to $1,852,000 Federal NHS funds and to increase CN State funds from $180,000 to $206,000 for a total increase of $263,000 was requested by INDOT

WHEREAS, the proposed modification above was approved and processed by the Muncie-Delaware Metropolitan Plan Commission (DMMPC) Muncie MPO on March 4, 2026.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Delaware Muncie Plan Commission (DMMPC) as follows:

Section 1. That the FY 2026-2030 DMTIP be modified to increase FY27 CN for INDOT project DES# 2200791, I-69 NB Bridge over North and South RR (CR 251) 0.66 miles North of SR332 (Bridge Deck Replacement), to increase FY27 CN from $1,615,000 to $1,852,000 Federal NHS funds and to increase CN State funds from $180,000 to $206,000 for a total increase of $263,000 funds as shown on the attached Exhibit A.
