a. City Council Goals and Objectives
The City Council will conduct a goals and objectives workshop. The purpose of the workshop is to build alignment around the City Council’s vision for the next three-year goals and objectives plan period. The City Council will review and discuss draft goals and objectives which will inform the City’s budget development process and provide a roadmap for organizational success.
