Ovintiv has entered into a definitive Purchase and Sale Agreement with Fourpoint Resources, LLC, in which Ovintiv agrees to assign all of its right, title, and interest in and to the Assets, including the agreement, to Fourpoint Resources, LLC, at the closing of the transactions contemplated by the purchase agreement. Ovintiv requests the County’s consent to assign all or a portion of the agreement. The parties discussed the request.
