Shroyer Road Project: Mr. Klopsch noted that two Open House events are scheduled in April. One will take place on April 20 and the other on April 25. These events are open to the public and will provide staff an opportunity to inform citizens of the pending roadway improvement project.

Streets & Alleys, Mr. Stephens

Ridgeway Road Street Light Poles: Mr. Klopsch reported that he will sign a contract with Miami Valley Lighting to replace 26 old steel street light poles along Ridgeway Road. These will be replaced with new spun aluminum poles. There is no charge for this project, other than an increase in annual maintenance costs of about $990.

April 24 Tree City USA Luncheon: Mr. Klopsch mentioned that the Annual Tree City USA Luncheon will take place in Lebanon on Friday, April 21.

Sister City Association, Mrs. Hilton

45th Anniversary with Le Vésinet: Mr. Klopsch mentioned that the 45th anniversary celebration with Le Vésinet will take place in France from June 23 to June 27.

There being no other business, Mayor Duncan adjourned the work session and Council moved to regular session.
