A part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 21 North, Range 11 East, Delaware County, Indiana, and being that part of the grantor’s land lying within the right of way lines depicted on the attached Highway Easement Parcel Plat, marked EXHIBIT “B”, described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of said quarter-quarter section, designated as point “52” on said plat; thence South 0 degrees 14 minutes 52 seconds East 49.59 feet along the east line of said quarter-quarter section; thence South 88 degrees 48 minutes 43 seconds West 220.57 feet to point “307” designated on said plat; thence North 84 degrees 20 minutes 43 seconds West 251.79 feet to point “302” designated on said plat; thence North 1 degree 11 minutes 17 seconds West 20.89 feet to the north line of said section; thence North 88 degrees 58 minutes 12 seconds East 471.38 feet along said north line to the point of beginning and containing 0.457 acres, more or less, inclusive of the presently existing right-of-way which contains 0.112 acres, more or less.
