Oakwood Avenue Storm Sewer Repair: Mr. Klopsch mentioned that the City has hired Layne Inliner at a cost of $37,500 to repair a deteriorating 36-inch diameter storm sewer under Oakwood Avenue just south of Park Avenue. This work is expected to be completed sometime in March.

Committee Appointments: Council discussed the two remaining vacancies on the Property Maintenance Board and suggested that the mayor invite Oakwood residents Tim Judge and Alex Heckman to serve on this committee.

At 7:15 p.m., Mayor Duncan asked for a motion to go to executive session for personnel matters and for conference with attorney. Motion by Mrs. Hilton; second by Mr. Epley. Upon viva voce vote, motion passed.

At 7:25 p.m., Mayor Duncan closed the executive session and Council moved to the regular session.
