C. Tier Three
i.
This tier is for private companies that offer firearms training to organizations and tactical training.
ii.
The cost under this tier shall be $200 per day.
3.
The firearms training range shall be managed by the Delaware County Sheriff's Office.
4.
All funds received by the Delaware County Sheriff's Office for the use of the firearms training range shall be deposited into fund 1156, Sheriff's firearms fund.
5.
This Ordinance and the fees herein shall be effective ten (10) days after the Ordinance is published pursuant to the law.
