Exclusions:

• Construction labor and materials
• Permit and agency fees
• Specialty testing unless specifically authorized
• Environmental or hazardous materials assessments

These services can be added by amendment if required.

Schedule

Upon authorization to proceed, BW Construction anticipates:

• Initial plan and site review: 2–3 weeks
• Development of compliant revisions: 6-8 weeks for initial
• Subsequent Drawing Revisions 2-4 Weeks
• Permit support and AHJ coordination: As required by review timelines

A detailed schedule can be provided upon notice to proceed.

Fee Proposal

Fees for the services outlined herein will be provided as a not-to-exceed amount of $47,500.00.
Any additional services will be addressed through written authorization.

• Architectural, Structural, & MEPF Services (DCCM)
  NTE $35,000.00
• DCCM Code Compliance Services (DCCM Consultant)
  NTE $5,000.00
• BW Consulting Services
  NTE $7,500.00

Hourly Rate Sheets will be provided prior to execution of Contract for Services to be billed.
