The Oakwood Community Improvement Corporation, State of Ohio, met on Monday, December January 6, 2020, in the council chambers of the City of Oakwood, 30 Park Avenue, Oakwood, Ohio 45419.
Mayor William Duncan called the Annual CIC Trustee Meeting to order at 8:29 p.m.

It was moved by Mrs. Hilton and seconded by Mr. Epley that the minutes of the December 10, 2018 Annual CIC Trustee Meeting be approved. Upon a roll call vote on the question of the motion, same passed unanimously and it was so ordered.
Mayor Duncan stated that there was no business on the agenda.
The meeting adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
