City of Oakwood - January 6, 2020 Meeting Minutes

The Oakwood Community Improvement Corporation, State of Ohio, met on Monday, December January 6, 2020, in the council chambers of the City of Oakwood, 30 Park Avenue, Oakwood, Ohio 45419.

Mayor William Duncan called the Annual Organization Meeting to order at 8:30 p.m.

In attendance were the following trustees:

MR. WILLIAM D. DUNCAN PRESENT

MR. STEVEN BYINGTON PRESENT

MR. ROBERT P. STEPHENS PRESENT

MRS. ANNE S. HILTON PRESENT

MR. CHRISTOPHER B. EPLEY PRESENT

MR. NORBERT S. KLOPSCH PRESENT

It was moved by Mrs. Hilton and seconded by Mr. Byington that the minutes of the minutes of the December 10, 2018 Annual CIC Organization Meeting be approved. Upon a roll call vote on the question of the motion, same passed unanimously and it was so ordered.

The 2020 Officers will remain the same as 2019.

There being no other business, Mayor Duncan adjourned the meeting at 8:31 p.m.
