- Storage configuration and allowable use
- Mechanical, electrical, and life-safety considerations
- Evaluate feasible adaptive reuse options for the space.
- Develop code-compliant recommendations for modification.
- Update architectural and life-safety plans to reflect proposed changes.
Permitting Support
- Prepare updated drawings and code analysis required for permit submission.
- Coordinate with local AHJs as necessary to address plan review comments.
- Provide clarifications and revisions required to facilitate permit approval.
