Froehlich, Manager of U.S. Property Management, LLC, Manager and have executed the foregoing deed on This 23rd day of November, 2020, effective on November 24th, 2020, the day after Fortis Ventures International, LLC and GP North, LLC acquire title as Tenants in Common to the property.
