Mayor Duncan reported that David Dickerson resigned from the Budget Review Committee after serving for 37 years. He wished him the best of luck. He shared that Fred Dudding is now the longest-serving Budget Review Committee member with 35 years.

Citizen Committee Appointments: Mayor Duncan presented the following list of reappointments to various citizen committees:

William Stephens to the ADA Compliance Committee; Ted Kircher, David Schoeff, Evan Brooks and Andrew Norton to the Beautification Committee; Amanda Malusky Krauss, Kristina Marcus, Bill Frapwell, Michael Vanderburgh, Ella Himes, Ellen Fodge, Doug Kinsey and Chas Kidwell to the BRC; Andy Aidt to the Planning Commission; John Donnelly to the Property Maintenance Board and Arik Sherk to the Tax/Water & Sewer/Assembly Appeals Board.

It was moved by Mayor Duncan and seconded by Vice Mayor Byington that the aforementioned appointments be confirmed. Upon a viva voce vote on the question of the motion, same passed unanimously and it was so ordered.

Mayor Duncan noted that there are several other vacancies on the citizen committees. City Council and city staff are in the process of identifying citizen volunteers for appointment at a future Council meeting.
