A display card will be place by each tree with the designer’s name(s) and tree title/theme.
Silent Auction bid sheets will be provided for each tree submitted.
Winning bidders will be contacted and will pick-up and pay for their trees at the Oakwood Community Center, 105 Patterson Road.
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash and checks made payable to the Friends of Smith Gardens are accepted.
Purchased trees must be picked up by Sunday, November 17, 2024.
Supplies you may need to bring with you for set up include:
Heavy duty, UL extension cord
Scissors/pruners
Glue gun, glue sticks, tape
Extra lights, fuses and ornaments
The committee reserves the right to deem an entry inappropriate based on the concept or theme. No political themes will be accepted.
A well-planned tree theme helps increase the sale price of the tree!
