A. Total Cost of the services provided using the "Standard Pricing Form" found as attachment (A) to the County under this RFP for mowing and vegetation management services.
B. Business Qualifications, including description of the business, experience providing management services, proof of insurance.
C. A detailed description of Offerors claims handling procedures, policies, reporting process, and claims management software or portals used for these procedures and policies.

II. PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS

A. Project Overview

The project is to establish a competitive structure for mowing services in Delaware County.

B. Responsibilities of Successful Offeror

At its sole cost and expense, the Successful Offeror shall be responsible for any and all costs of performing the services identified as set forth in this RFP.

C. Length of Time for Services

The County shall have a contract for providing mowing and vegetation management services. The County reserves the right to review service needs during the course of this contract to this RFP and shall negotiate with Successful Offeror as to the additional services requested during the course of the Agreement.

III. SOLICITATION AND RFP REQUIREMENTS

A. Submission Deadline

RFP Responses must be received by the County at the address provided below no later than July 31, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. (the “Submission Deadline”). Only complete RFP Responses delivered on or before the Submission Deadline will be accepted by the County. RFP Responses delivered after the Submission Deadline will be automatically rejected and returned unopened to the Offeror. The County will not accept facsimile or e-mail submission of RFP Responses.
