      • Annual Report to Council: Mr. Klopsch mentioned that representatives from the OIC will attend the April 3 council meeting to deliver the organization’s 2022 Annual Report.
  • MISCELLANEOUS
    • Citizen Committee Appointments: Council discussed the status of addressing 2023 committee needs and a plan for contacting candidates.
    • Electricity and Natural Gas Purchasing: Mr. Klopsch explained that MVCC will receive proposals for aggregated electricity purchasing in late March or April and plans to immediately enter into a service agreement with the lowest and best vendor. Oakwood will have the option to join the aggregation program, as an opt-in or opt-out participant, any time after the contract is signed. MVCC will likely solicit aggregation proposals for natural gas in late summer or early fall.

At 7:06 p.m., Council moved to an executive session for property matters and personnel matters.

At 7:26 p.m., Vice Mayor Byington concluded the executive session and Council moved to regular session.
