NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

On April 3, 2025, the Delaware-Muncie Metropolitan Plan Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a rezoning petition filed by Monte Froehlich, 129 N. 10th St., Ste. 313, Lincoln, NE 68508, affecting premises at the 5800 BLK of S. Burlington Dr., Muncie, IN, 47302, as more accurately described as follows:
A pt. of the NE ¼ and the SE ¼, also a pt. of the NW ¼ of Section 31, Twp 20N, Rge 11E, in Perry Twp, Delaware County, Indiana, containing 59.42 acres, more or less.

The purpose of this change is to allow the property to be rezoned from the R-1 Residence Zone and the R-2 Residence Zone to the R-1 Residence Zone.
The hearing will begin at 6:00 P.M. in Room 318, 3rd Floor, Delaware County Building, Muncie, Indiana. During the hearing, written objections to the proposal, filed with the Commission's Secretary before the hearing, will be considered and oral comments will be heard. Copies of the appeal may be viewed online at www.dmmpc.org or you may contact the Delaware-Muncie Metropolitan Plan Commission (DMMPC) office, 765-747-7740, and request the information be sent to you via mail or email. Copies of the proposal are on file in the Plan Commission Office, Room 206, Delaware County Building, Muncie, Indiana, 765-747-7740. Also, any individual with a disability may request accommodation in order to participate in, or benefit from, the public hearing.
