Cowan property begins. The work will proceed in the “drop off” lane in front of Cowan High School, the auxiliary gym, and administration office, behind Cowan Elementary School. The paving will continue along the drop off lane to the west of Cowan Elementary School. It will also include the area from the Monroe Township Fire Station to Olive Street. The County will equip, operate, staff, supervise, and provide all labor required to complete the paving at the County’s expense, as identified in Exhibit A. Cowan shall provide all the appropriate new road markings on the roads at Cowan’s expense.
3.
Property and Equipment.
a.
Except as otherwise provided herein, each party to this Agreement shall be responsible for its own supplies and all property provided by either Party will remain that Party’s property throughout the duration and after termination of this Agreement.
b.
Cowan shall reimburse to the County the cost of the road paving supplies used for the Project.
c.
Cowan shall hire milling company at its expense.
d.
The materials necessary for this project are:
i.
Approximately 7,327 SY;
ii.
795 +/- ton of 9.5mm surface estimated at approximately $55,341.87;
iii.
436 gallons of tack estimated at approximately $1,176.19;
iv.
The items outlined in Exhibit B; and
v.
Prices are subject to change.
e.
The County shall provide all labor to complete the paving.
4.
Accounting. The County’s Auditor or disbursing officer shall receive, disburse, and account for all monies of the Project.
5.
Termination. This Agreement shall not renew and will terminate upon the satisfactory completion of each parties’ obligations.
6.
Effective Date. This Agreement is effective upon execution by both Parties.
