Age-Friendly Designation

Vice Mayor Byington discussed the Age-Friendly designation he learned about at a recent Miami Valley Regional Planning Commission meeting and expressed interest in pursuing that designation for the City. He indicated he would gather additional information regarding qualifications and requirements and bring it back to Council for further discussion.

Information Requests

  • Council Member Jackson requested an Excel list of residents on Wisteria for District 8.
  • Council Member Turben requested the water leakage report.

Meeting Materials Distribution

Council requested that meeting materials be distributed one week in advance to allow additional review time. The City Manager stated she would discuss the timing of meeting materials with staff and address the matter internally.

At 7:50 p.m., Mayor Duncan concluded the work session and adjourned the meeting.
