$42,661.00. Engineer recommended JJC Excavating pending onsite walk through with contractor to make sure nothing is left out. Nothing has been done with the approved $10,000.00 yet so the only additional cost is $19,940.00. Commissioner Henry made a motion to approve the additional funding of $19,940.00, and Commissioner Riggin seconded the motion. The motion was approved 4-0.
- Review of RFP draft for Rate Study: The current ordinance from 2006 establishing stormwater rates. Comments should be submitted to board and legal before July 20, 2026. Discussion of new law regarding fees not in place by end of 2026 will be in effect for five (5) years. SBOA recommends doing a Cost Allocation Study.
- Proposed Amendment to Ordinance 2024-01: Discussion held and feedback provided by Courtney and Engineering to add language to fine contractors on municipal projects as well as passing along any design fees to the individual requesting the permit. Commissioner Riggin made the motion to introduce Ordinance 2026-01, and Commissioner Henry seconded the motion. The motion was approved 4-0.

The next order of business were new matters for the Board’s consideration:
- MS4 Coordinator Updates: There will be two (2) audits this year; August 25th and November 18th. Planning a kids fun run on August 29th. Speaking on LTAP Stormwater Drainage Program. BWQ is releasing kidney shells.
- Stormwater Coordinator Construction Report: Dollar General on SR 67; the detention basin is wet and the grass is overgrown.
- DeSoto Quotes: Discussed and approved earlier in the meeting.
- Abe McConnell Improvements: Banning Engineering Proposal had three (3) options. Will the third option involve the highway department? Landowners will decide if they want to go with any of the three options and will work with county highway if ditch is placed there. This option was not well received by the landowners. Banning will present findings to drainage board at their meeting on Wednesday.
- 100 N and 700 E: Waiting on reconstruction, cost of $1.6 million.
- Daleville Drainage Issues: Issue is in the Albany area; 10301 E CR 500 N. Ed presented photos showing standing water after it rains. 650 E and 500 N; tile is higher than water table. Tommie will get with Heather to work on it. Tile was installed approximately 20 years ago.
- Joint Meeting with Drainage Board: Joint meetings are valuable on as needed basis. Stormwater board will rely on Surveyor Borchers to relay information to both boards.
The next order of business was consideration of claims:
