WHEREAS, the Delaware-Muncie Metropolitan Plan Commission (DMMPC) is the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO), as designated by the Governor of the State of Indiana, for the Muncie Urbanized Area; and
WHEREAS, the Transportation Policy Committee (TPC) is the policy committee of the Metropolitan Planning Organization involved in the transportation planning process for the Muncie Urbanized Area; and
WHEREAS, the proposed modification to the FY 2026-2030 DMTIP to decrease Delaware County project DES #2300104, Countywide Bridge Inspection and Inventory Program for FY 2026-2029, to decrease FY27 PE to $194,000 Federal BRZ funds and to decrease PE local funds to $49,000 for a total decrease of $6,000 was requested by Delaware County; and
WHEREAS, the proposed modification to the FY 2026-2030 DMTIP to increase Delaware County project DES #2300104, FY28 PE to $95,000 Federal BRZ funds and to increase PE local funds to $24,000 for a total increase of $50,000 was requested by Delaware County; and
WHEREAS, the proposed modification to the FY 2026-2030 DMTIP to increase Delaware County project DES #2300104, FY29 PE to $208,000 Federal BRZ funds and to increase PE local funds to $52,000 for a total increase of $16,000 was requested by Delaware County; and
WHEREAS, the proposed modification to the FY 2026-2030 DMTIP to increase Delaware County project DES #2300104, FY30 PE to $57,000 Federal BRZ funds with $15,000 in local CBR funds, and to $34,394 Federal STBG funds with $8,598 in local funds for a total increase of $72,581 was requested by Delaware County; and
WHEREAS, the proposed modification above was approved and processed by the Muncie-Delaware Metropolitan Plan Commission (DMMPC) Muncie MPO on April 29, 2026.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Delaware Muncie Plan Commission (DMMPC) as follows:
Section 1. That the FY 2026-2030 DMTIP be modified for Delaware County project DES #2300104, Countywide Bridge Inspection and Inventory Program for FY 2026-2030, to decrease FY27 PE to $194,000 Federal BRZ funds and to decrease PE local funds to $49,000 for a total decrease of $6,000 as shown on the attached Exhibit A.
Section 2. That the FY 2026-2030 DMTIP be modified for Delaware County project DES #2300104, to increase FY28 PE to $95,000 Federal BRZ funds and to increase PE local funds to $24,000 for a total increase of $50,000 as shown on the attached Exhibit A.
