Section 3. That the FY 2026-2030 DMTIP be modified for Delaware County project DES #2300104, to increase FY29 PE to $208,000 Federal BRZ funds and to increase PE local funds to $52,000 for a total increase of $16,000 as shown on the attached Exhibit A.
Section 4. That the FY 2026-2030 DMTIP be modified for Delaware County project DES #2300104, to increase FY30 PE to $57,000 Federal BRZ funds with $15,000 in local CBR funds, and to $34,349 Federal STBG funds with $8,598 in local funds for a total increase of $72,581 as shown on the attached Exhibit A.
